Incredibly Tedious & Overly Complicated

Neither the SAP Partner nor our IT staff have not been able to login to SAP B1 with this app. I cant tell you how many man hours were wasted just trying to get the app to connect to the SAP sever without success.

There is absolutely no reason this is as complicated SAP has made it. To make matters worse support from SAP has been almost nonexistent, and any information we were able to finally get was useless.

The first versions of the app connected with no problem, but later versions have been nothing but troublesome. We just performed an update on our SAP server to make sure then server software was all up to date... Of course that didnt fix the connection problem.
